John T. Boundas

John T. Boundas manages the Williams Kherkher's docket for Popcorn Lung. A respiratory disease, Popcorn Lung results from exposure to diacetyl, the chemical used to make artificial butter flavoring in popcorn.
John is a partner at Williams Kherkher who graduated first in his class at the University of Iowa College of Law. John has been heavily involved with a number of the firm's pharmaceutical litigation cases in recent years. Currently, he is trying Vioxx and Paxil cases.
John is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Western and Northern Districts of Texas, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Additionally, he is licensed to practice law in Texas, Pennsylvania and Illinois.
Jim Doyle

Jim is a Williams Kherkher associate who has been practicing law for nearly 20 years. He successfully represented thousands of clients who took the diet drug Fen-phen, and is now working on litigation involving Paxil and the AMO Contact Lens Solution.
A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Jim earned his law degree from Oklahoma City University. Jim is licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Third, Fifth and Seventh Circuits. He is also licensed in the U.S. District Court, Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern Districts of Texas.
He is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the Houston Trial Lawyers Association, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, State Bar of Texas and the State Bar of Oklahoma.
